       2012年1月底,北京铁路12306微信客户公众平台面向社会各界招标其管理权,经过近一年的前期准备工作和与铁路方面的沟通协商,廊坊火车迷联盟于4月10日以绝对的优势赢得铁路部门的信任成功中标,得到本平台的管理权。

        本平台是京局面向广大微信用户开设的咨询列车信息的便民平台,主要咨询内容和步骤与12306电话咨询基本相同。为确保的准确及时,本平台由铁路部门派专人负责提供列车的实时变动,并在节假日高峰时间段设立专家咨询台,使旅客在“指尖上”“口头上”完成订火车票的咨询准备。
         据了解,此次竞争投标的单位有12家,其中北京、天津和唐山的企业11家,社团1家。廊坊火车迷联盟作为公益性社团以绝对的优势成功中标的原因在于我们的公益服务工作得到了路局领导的认可,得到了旅客的表扬。
